Workflow palette only shows 1 workflow until restarting Bolt

After some time, I’m finding that the workflow palette only shows one workflow, no matter what I type. Restarting Bolt resolves it. I’ve no clue what’s triggering it, but it’s happened 3 times in about half a day of using Bolt v2. I’ll update here as I find out more.
