undefined is not an object (evaluating 'y.text')

Hi, I’m seeing this error frequently in BoltAI 2 (2.4.1 build 46). It may have happened in earlier versions as well. It seems to occur with long prompts. It happens against GPT 5 and 5.1 at least; I haven’t exhaustively tested which models. It doesn’t seem to occur against Anthropic. It doesn’t happen every time, and when it doesn’t happen, it doesn’t stream the entire response.
