I finally was able to reproduce this issue. The reason was that the previous CLI handler didn’t user proper field for image attachment and it would require more than GPT context window. Working on the fix right now.

I can’t seem to reproduce the issue. Does it still happen? Can you help reproduce the issue? Was it just a question with an image?
