Switch from PDF Pals to BoltAI 2

I have purchased PDF Pals last year. It looks like the developer has switch from the project to BoltAI. I understand the developer has limit time and resource to improve these product. Therefore, I wonder if I can transfer my PDF Pals license to BoltAI, like some form of trade-in or discount? PDF Pals has not been updated since most part of last year. Thanks.
