Model selection for claude code not updating

Is it possible to allow users to enter a model name directly? The model refresh does not seem to be working. No Haiku 4.5 or Opus 4.5 using the claude subscription account in Bolt desktop.

Also, mostly unrelated, but any idea why Gemini-3-pro-preview via Gemini API (32K token context) is different from Open Router API?
