MCP servers "Startup timeout" on fresh launch

I just restarted my Mac and opened up BoltAI. All good. When i then try to check what MCP tools I have, many are missing. When i check the MCP servers section, all of them have a “Startup timeout” issue, and I have to reload each server to get them working.
