MCP server slowdown

Hi Daniel,

Hope you’re doing well.

Recently, I have started to use an Obsidian MCP server with BoltAI. Since then, I have had many issues with providers halting service due to exceeding the token limit per second. I would appreciate it if there were some functionality to slow down the MCP server, so that I do not hit these limits.
