Kagi Search Plugin not accepting API key

I have tried to input my Kagi API key in Settings>Plugins>Kagi Search and it will not accept. I have the latest version and have tested on MacOS, both Paid and Setapp, and on the mobile Beta. The error says that Kagi Search API is in Beta but this is no longer true, it is now Public per Kagi support.
