iOS Beta: Reset All Local Data button fails to clear passcode/passphrase

User is locked out of the iOS beta app because they forgot their passcode/passphrase. The 'Reset All Local Data' button does not clear the lock. Deleting and reinstalling the app also doesn't work, likely because the passcode is persisted in the iOS Keychain. User is using quentinveys@gmail.com. They also mentioned a Google login which isn't documented, possibly related to the issue.
