FEATURE : Device Control Center to manage license-linked devices

Motivation: Managing 5 devices gets tricky fast. A License Device Control Center would be very beneficial. Imagine device-level model selection, activation with email, and dedicated storage, all in one place. This would empower users and simplify setup, making BoltAI even more accessible.

Which features are needed in the Device Control Center:

1. Per-device model list control – Let me curate which models appear on each device. My kids don't need access to 50+ models; my work Mac does. This keeps things simple for non-tech users.

2. Device-level activation/deactivation – Quick on/off switches for each device from one dashboard. If someone loses a phone or I want to reassign a slot to a specific device and email account, I can handle it instantly without contacting support.

3. Independent storage & history per device – Privacy matters. Each device or email-linked devices should have their own chat history and synced storage, not shared across the license. This makes BoltAI viable for families and small teams who share a license but need separate workspaces.

4. Centralized API key management – Push API keys and provider settings to specific devices from the control center. Saves me from configuring each device manually and keeps everything consistent.

This would make BoltAI's license truly hands-off and perfect for multi-user scenarios. Thanks for considering!
