Error in Bolt v2 App: "Invalid prompt" when continuing a conversation

As a user of the Bolt v2 app, I am getting an error when I try to continue a conversation. The error message is: "Invalid prompt: The messages must be a ModelMessage[]. If you have passed a UIMessage[], you can use convertToModelMessages to convert them." This prevents me from continuing my conversations in the app.
