Editable prompt for chat summaries (titles)

Chat summaries currently do not work (I guess, fine for Beta). But I was thinking - how cool would it be to be able to edit auto-summary prompt?

This would allow me to:
- mark specific topics for easier navigation (i.e. prompt to add [TAG] in front of chat name by topic),
- follow certain naming conventions (then I can export multiple chats for further use and won’t need to rename them).
