Custom Provider in iOS not working (working on MAC though)

I'm having an issue. I am trying to set up my custom provider in iOS using the exact same settings that I use on my Mac desktop, but it's not working.

The same settings, the same base URL, and the API key work perfectly on my Mac desktop.

I think there might be some sort of error.

If you could help me fix this, it would be amazing because I love using the custom provider on my Mac, and I would really like to use it on iOS as well.
