Custom HTTP Header for AI Provider

When using an AI proxy for OpenAI, Google, Claude, or custom AI providers, it is necessary to add specific HTTP request headers, which BoltAI currently does not support.

For example, Cloudflare AI Gateway with BYOK/Unified Billing required the cf-aig-authorization HTTP header.
