Claude Code fails to display the latest available models.

I have a subscription to Claude and connected Claude Code to BoltAI, but unfortunately Claude Code doesn't display newer models such as Fable 5, Sonnet 5, and Opus 4.8 in its list.

My OS version: MacOS Tahoe Version 26.5.2
