Bug: Disappearing menu bar on Mac OS

Steps to reproduce the issue. I often leave Bolt AI in the background so I can use the instant chat bar. Sometimes I go days without opening the main window. Now, when I do open it, nearly all the time the main menu bar (file, edit, view, etc) is not present. Just blank space. Only killing and reopening the whole app brings it back.
