BoltAI 2.10.0 crashes every time I click any chat or New Chat

BoltAI 2.10.0 crashes 100% reproducibly for me on macOS 15.7.3 (M4 Max MacBook Pro).

Repro:

• open BoltAI

• click any existing chat or click New Chat

• app crashes immediately

Both crash reports show:

• main-thread EXC_BREAKPOINT (SIGTRAP)

• NSApplication _crashOnException:

• stack trace around SwiftUI/AppKit toolbar handling:

  • NSCalendarDate initWithCoder

  • NSWindowSectionController registerSeparator

  • NSToolbar ... propertyListRepresentation ...

So this seems tied to chat switch/new chat UI updates, likely toolbar/window state related. Maybe related to mobile / macos sync? (i use both)

I also sent the crash through Apple’s reporter.
