I recently updated BoltAI to 2.16.0 and since then my AI Workflows have started throwing an error.

As you can see in the video, I trigger the workflow using a keyboard shortcut. After the text processes, a pop-up shows the following error message: "Workflow Failed: The model returned an empty response."

Is this a known bug with the 2.16.0 update, or is this an isolated issue on my end?
