Add URL scheme for workflows

Bolt Chats have URLs that use the bolt:// scheme.

It would be great to have the same for workflows too. At the moment, I’m using some Bolt workflows in scripts and have to automate opening the workflow palette and typing out the workflow name, which adds a noticeable delay.
